The location of this hotel is amazing, right next to the city centre and the castle, in a quiet street. It's perfect for exploring the old town and all its attractions. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were nice, modern and comfortable, and they were very clean.

The thin walls, which meant we could hear everything from the neighboring room. However, this didn't detract too much from our overall experience at this hotel.

Friendly staff, central location, parking available, safe and attractive property, spacious and clean room, availability of coffee and tea.

The location of Villa Florencia was perfect, right under the castle. The room was comfortable and clean with great amenities. I was impressed by the fast wifi and the efficient air conditioning. The hostess, Alicia, was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Additionally, the inner stone garden was a peaceful place to relax or work.

The lobby/lounge area could be improved, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

As someone who is constantly on the go, I loved how everything was close to this hotel. I could walk to all the attractions, restaurants, and other activities from here easily. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always available to help with anything that I needed. The room was incredibly clean and had all the basic amenities I required for my stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations.
